Besides Law practice and updating my knowledge on the Law field, am also devoting equal time to analyse the Human Resource Management arena since being a MHRM degree holder!
HR recruitment, this field is supposed to be handled by Experts and to my dismay I find that there are so many kids are playing over there!
It is really frustrating to find out that even the so-called big companies waste the time and energy of the applicants due to bad formation of application process. They ask all the information from pre-KG to PG level and their own website is full of bugs, which did not allow anyone to apply without spending hours on solving the issues. Do they think that those who are applying to an IT company is MCA degree holders? To apply for a job, one has to spend at least one hour answering all the irrelevant questions (which can be asked after basic screening process). Revealing all the personal information (safety of which is not assured!) is not at all required.
Why don't they simplify the process just by asking the bare data. If a candidate is clears the basic screening, they can automate an application process and ask him to submit further more data! This will save time and electricity, too!!!
